Gentooのobjcopyのターゲットにefi-app-x86_64を追加する

のmultitarget
USEフラグを有効にする.

objcopy --help
のターゲット一覧にはなぜか登場しないが,コマンドは成功する.つまり,--target=efi-app-x86_64
を指定できる.
